Where do they get the time?

I've been trying to setup accounts on various social networks. Where do people get the time to deal with all that? Where do they get the time to update it? Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, blogs, email, IM, SMS, LinkedIn, and on and on. Someone needs to make a huge mashup of the whole lot. That way when I post something bad here about Twitter it goes straight to my Facebook status and sends a global tweet declaring my lack of time to do anything with Twitter except say I don't have time to deal with it.
